Knee Brace with Dial for Meniscus, Arthritis & Knee Pain
The Knee Brace With a Dial
Every pound you carry hits your knee with four. At 265 lbs that is more than half a ton driving through one joint, every single step. The stairs did not get harder because you got older. Your knee is doing the work alone.
This brace takes part of it. The silicone pad wraps the kneecap and keeps it tracking straight. Two spring stabilizers on the sides catch the wobble that makes your knee buckle. And the dial lets you set the tension yourself — tight when you are walking, loose on the couch at night, without taking it off.
- ✅ Dial instead of velcro — adjust the tension in seconds
- ✅ Silicone pad keeps the kneecap tracking
- ✅ Two side spring stabilizers against buckling
- ✅ Breathable 3D knit, no heat build-up after hours
- ✅ Invisible under your pants
- ✅ Built to ISO 13485, the medical device standard
Which size?
Careful: these sizes are not the same as your SlimX shirt sizes. Go by your body weight here, not by your shirt size.
| 88 – 121 lbs | S |
| 121 – 143 lbs | M |
| 143 – 165 lbs | L |
| 165 – 187 lbs | XL |
| 187 – 220 lbs | 2XL |
| 220 – 265 lbs | 3XL |
Right on the line between two sizes? Take the bigger one. The dial pulls it in to your fit anyway.
How to put it on
Pull it up over your foot and set it at the knee until the oval pad sits centered on your kneecap. Then turn the dial until it holds firm without pressing. Wear it all day — at work, walking, on the stairs.
