EffectHow does compression actually work?
The knit applies gentle, graduated pressure – firmest at the far end, softer towards the body. That supports the return flow in your veins and holds the tissue in shape instead of pressing it flat. You see the shaping the second you put it on; the lighter, less swollen feeling builds up over the day.
SizeWhich size should I order?
Go by your weight, not by the size you usually wear. Every product page has a chart next to the size picker. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one – too tight and the fabric cannot distribute the pressure, it only presses. Shirts run from S to 5XL, leggings from XS to 5XL.
Everyday useCan you see it under clothing?
No. The shirt is thin enough to disappear under a dress shirt, with flat seams instead of raised ones, so no edge shows through. The leggings are fully opaque, including in a squat, and the waistband is double-layered so nothing digs in or rolls down.
CareHow do I wash it?
Up to 30 °C, air dry. The hold comes from 10 % elastane, and heat is the one thing that destroys it – tumble dryer, fabric softener and anything above 40 °C. Treated that way, it keeps its shape for hundreds of wears.

We ship within 24 hours, delivery takes 5 to 8 working days with tracking. Shipping is free. You have 30 days to try it – if it does not convince you, you get your money back, no reason needed. If the size is wrong, you exchange it within the same 30 days.
